BeeFavored (M/WBE) is a chemical-free urban rooftop apiary in Harlem, producing raw local honey from rooftop hives, pollinator gardens, a community greenhouse, and our own rooftop (seasonal) elderberry and tupelo trees. We offer wildflower, clover, buckwheat, tupelo, honeycomb, bee pollen, and artisan creamed and infused honeys—sold at local farmers’ markets, local retailers and online (e-commerce).
